Celebrate the life or legacy of someone dear to you with a donation in their honor or memory. Your tribute gift supports Alzheimers Coachella Valley’s mission to provide care, education, and support for families facing memory loss in our community. When donating online, simply check the box that says “Give in Honor or Memory” and enter the name of the person you are recognizing. You’ll also have the option to provide the contact information of a family member or friend, and we’ll send a thoughtful notification letting them know about your gift.

Prefer to donate by check? Just include a note with the name of the person you’re honoring or remembering and, if you’d like, the name and address of someone we can notify. Your kindness creates a ripple effect of compassion and support across the Coachella Valley.
