A guided tour offers you a chance to see our programs in action, meet the people behind the scenes, and learn how we help individuals live with dignity and connection. More information regarding our guided tours can be found below.

How to Request a Tour
We are beginning to offer tours on a limited basis. This allows us to welcome guests in a way that respects both privacy and program schedules. Tours are scheduled by appointment only.
To request a tour: Call (760) 776-3100. Let us know your name, preferred date, number of guests, and any accessibility needs. A staff member will contact you to confirm availability and provide visit details
Due to space limitations, advance registration is required. Walk-ins are not available at this time.
What You Will Experience
During your visit, you will:
- Learn about our mission and how we serve the community.
- Tour our facility, including the Cognitive Screening Center and program areas.
- Meet some of our team members.
- Explore how our services, like Club Journey, caregiver support groups, and bilingual outreach help families every day.
- Find out how you can get involved as a donor, volunteer, or partner.
Tours usually take about 30 to 45 minutes. If you or someone in your group needs mobility assistance, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you.
